Welcome

This is the site for my work as a teacher, coach, spiritual counsellor, facilitator and writer.

My work weaves together spirituality, philosophy, psychology, and personal development. I am particularly inspired by Tai Chi, embodiment, the philosophy of the Tao Te Ching, and an exploration of how we can actively cultivate wisdom in our lives.

One of the ways I have brought my work together is under the banner of wise fool school.  This is a school that includes an online course, in-person workshops, and connects too to the Tai Chi class I teach locally in Forest Row, East Sussex. It holds within it an invitation to forever return home to ourselves, to find the solid heart of being from which we can gracefully navigate the storms and choas we may encounter in the world.

Hopefully that gives you a feel for what matters to me in my work, and what you might get from exploring further.
